District, sragen Regency, Peningkatkan Kreativitas Anak Melalui Kegiatan
Mewarnai Cerita Bergambar di TK Darma Wanita Ngargotirto, Sumberlawang,
Sragen, FKIP Universitas IVET Semarang
This study aims to determine the increase in children's creativity
through coloring picture stories in TK Darma Wanita Ngargotirto group B aged 5-
6 years. This type of research is CAR (Classroom Action Research). The subjects
in this study were 15 children in group B at TK Darma Wanita, consisting of 6
boys and 9 girls.
The results of this study indicate that after the holding of this research
which includes pre-cycle, cycle I which consists of two meetings and cycle II
which also consists of two meetings. In the first cycle, there was an increase in
children's creativity after the action through coloring picture stories.
Increasing children's creativity through several stages, namely through
encouragement, providing motivation, giving gifts or rewards, imitating and
finally being able to make different images as a result of the child's own thoughts.
The creativity is shown by the score in the good category before the action was
taken, which reached 20%, increased to 33.33% in the first cycle of action, and
increased to 86.67% in the second cycle.
So with this classroom action research, the results were in line with
expectations, namely increasing children's creativity through coloring activities
with illustrated stories at Darma Wanita Ngargotirto Kindergarten,
Sumberlawang, Sragen.
