In implementing the teaching campus program, students participating in the
teaching campus have difficulty implementing the teaching campus program
because they have not received material on curriculum review and learning
planning such as students having difficulty preparing lesson plans, not having the
confidence to teach in class, lack of mastery of the material, lack of teaching skills
and difficulty adapting with the placement school environment.
This study aims to determine 1) the implementation of the teaching campus
program which is attended by Ivet Semarang university students, 2) the readiness
to become a student teacher participating in the teaching campus at Ivet University
Semarang, and 3) the effect of implementing the teaching campus program on
readiness to become a student teacher at Ivet University Semarang.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study were
students participating in the campus teaching program batches 2, 3 and 4 at Ivet
University Semarang with a total of 36 students. Data collection techniques used
questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Data analysis technique using
simple regression.
The results showed 1) implementation of the campus teaching program with
an average percentage of 90.7% with very high criteria, 2) readiness to become a
teacher with an average percentage of 89.4% with very high criteria, 3) F test
results obtained Fcount of 25.056 with a significant value of 0.000
