The purpose of this research is (1) to find out the development of the
prawn cracker industry in Gojoyo Tambak Hamlet. (2) To find out the
contribution of shrimp cracker household industry to household income in Dukuh
Tambak Gojoyo. The main problems discussed in this thesis are: (1) What is the
Strategy for the Development of Shrimp Cracker Household Industry in Dukuh
Tambak Gojoyo? (2) What is the Contribution of Shrimp Crackers Home Industry
to Family Income in Dukuh Tambak Gojoyo?
This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection
techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation which then
analyzes the data using descriptive methods, namely by collecting data obtained
through interviews, documentation, and observation sheets then the data is
described , discussed and concluded based on the main issues discussed. The data
collection involved the parties involved in this study, one of which was
interviewing business owners and shrimp cracker employees in Dukuh Tambak
Gojoyo Wedung Demak.
Based on the results of the study, what is the Strategy for the
Development of Shrimp Cracker Household Industry in Tambak Gojoyo Hamlet
through social media such as WhatApps, Facebook, face to face local residents
(2) How is the Contribution of Shrimp Cracker Household Industry to Family
Income in Dukuh Tambak Gojoyo is very influential on income out of both owners
and employees.
