The background of this research is about online learning after the Covid-19 pandemic,
which has caused various impacts on the implementation of education. The objectives
of this research are (1) to understand the planning, (2) to know the implementation,
and (3) to examine the impact of online learning after the Covid-19 pandemic. This
study utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources used in this
research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data is collected
through observation, interviews, and documentation using triangulation method to
ensure data validity. Data analysis is conducted through several stages: data
collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The findings of
this research are as follows: (1) The planning carried out by Al Alif Tunjungan
Vocational High School in facing online learning after the Covid-19 pandemic has
been well executed. They combined online and offline learning in accordance with the
government's guidelines on limited face-to-face learning. The planning includes
organizing socialization activities for limited face-to-face learning, scheduling
students for online and offline learning, as well as planning the implementation of
limited face-to-face learning by teachers. (2) The implementation of online learning
after the Covid-19 pandemic at Al Alif Tunjungan Vocational High School has been
successful. The pre-made and approved planning was executed effectively, including
socialization through written circulars to students and parents/guardians. Limited
face-to-face learning was scheduled alternately with online learning, and health
protocols were implemented accordingly. (3) Positive impacts are evident from the
improvement in students' mastery and usage of technology and the flexibility of
accessible learning from anywhere. The time management of teachers has also
improved by managing both face-to-face and online classes simultaneously. However,
there are negative impacts such as limited opportunities for teachers to monitor
students' character development, lack of discipline among students in following study
hours, and suboptimal understanding of the subject matter.
